For experiences that shaped you, not just one hard day.
Some trauma comes from a single event. But much of what we treat is complex trauma: the accumulated weight of childhood emotional neglect, unsafe or unpredictable caregivers, chronic invalidation, or relationships where love and harm were tangled together.
Complex trauma (C-PTSD) doesn't always look like flashbacks. It looks like never feeling safe in relationships. Chronic shame. People-pleasing until you disappear. A harsh inner critic. Feeling "too much" and "not enough" at the same time. Parental wounds you can name but can't seem to move past.
How we work: Complex trauma healing is relational. It happens inside a therapy relationship that is consistent, honest, and safe. Our clinicians combine EMDR and TF-CBT with attachment-focused work, pacing everything to your nervous system. We work on stabilization and self-compassion first, reprocessing when you're ready, and integration throughout: better boundaries, steadier relationships, a kinder inner voice.
