Deeper work, fewer weeks: EMDR intensives.

Standard weekly sessions spend real time on check-in and wind-down. An EMDR intensive is a two-hour extended session that allows you to get into reprocessing, and settle in, without watching the clock.

Intensives are a fit if you: have a specific traumatic event or theme you want to target, feel stuck midway through trauma work, want to make significant progress around a life transition, or can't commit to months of weekly sessions.

Format: A standard intake and preparation phase comes first. Intensives are powerful, and readiness matters. From there, choose a single two-hour session or a multi-session package: a series of intensives spaced over days or weeks, designed to work through a target deeply and efficiently. Integration support is included after every session. Your clinician will help you decide between weekly EMDR, a single intensive, or a package during your consultation.
