Pain is hard. Carrying it alone is harder.

Living with a chronic condition means carrying things most people never see: the appointments, the flare-ups, the plans you cancel, the grief for the body you had. And too often, the experience of not being believed. If you've been dismissed by doctors, told it's all in your head, or spent years chasing a diagnosis, that itself can be traumatic.

We offer whole-body mental health care for people living with chronic illness and chronic pain. That means two things at once. First, support for the emotional weight: the grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and relationship strain that illness brings. Second, work on the mind-body connection itself. Trauma and a chronically activated nervous system can amplify pain and symptoms, and calming that system is part of caring for your health.

We support people navigating: chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, fatigue conditions, long COVID, digestive disorders, migraine, medical trauma, health anxiety, and long diagnostic journeys.

How we work: Trauma-informed therapy paced to your energy and your body. EMDR for medical trauma and the memories that still sting. Nervous system regulation skills you can use during flares. And genuine collaboration: with your permission, we can coordinate with your doctors and practitioners so your care works as one team.

Your symptoms are real, and so is the support. Book a free consultation.
