Healing happens in community, too.
Trauma is isolating by design. It convinces you that you're the only one, that no one would understand. Group therapy is often the most direct antidote: a small, carefully held space where you discover your experience makes sense to others, and theirs makes sense to you.
Our groups are trauma-informed and led by our trauma-informed clinicians. They're structured for safety, with clear agreements, consistent membership, and pacing that never pressures anyone to share before they're ready. Many clients pair group work with individual therapy or EMDR. Others come for group alone.
Current and upcoming groups: Groups that we offer range from trauma recovery/parental wounds to anxiety skills and chronic illness support. Groups are updated seasonally. Please email us or look below for a schedule of current group offerings.
Good to know: Groups are smaller than you might expect (typically 6 to 10 people), virtual, and screened in advance. Every member has a brief consultation with the facilitator first, so the room is a fit for everyone in it.
